# Nudgexa

> Invoice payment reminder SaaS that automates follow-up emails on behalf of businesses to recover unpaid invoices.

Nudgexa connects to payment platforms (Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, Wave) and automatically sends a configurable sequence of reminder emails to customers with outstanding invoices before and after the due date. It is designed for freelancers, small businesses, and agencies that send recurring invoices and want to reduce time spent on manual follow-up.

## Key Capabilities

- **Automated reminder sequences**: Sends emails at configurable intervals (e.g. 3 days before due, on due date, 3/7/14 days after due). Up to 5 reminders per invoice.
- **Payment integrations**: OAuth connections to Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, and Wave per workspace. Invoices are synced automatically.
- **Multi-workspace**: Each organization can have multiple workspaces, each with its own integrations and reminder configuration.
- **Team management**: Role-based access control (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer). Team members can be invited by email.
- **Tiered plans**: Starter (1 workspace, 1 connection), Business (3 workspaces, up to 3 active connections), Enterprise (unlimited workspaces and unlimited active connections).
- **Business**: Most popular - 3 workspaces, up to 3 active connections, priority support.
- **Enterprise**: Unlimited workspaces and unlimited active connections, custom onboarding.
- Monthly and annual billing available. Annual plans offer a discount.

## How It Works

1. Sign up with email (passwordless OTP).
2. Select a plan and start a 7-day free trial via Stripe.
3. Connect your payment platform (Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, or Wave).
4. Nudgexa syncs your invoices and begins sending reminders according to your schedule.
5. Customers receive professional reminder emails. You track status in the dashboard.
